Estimated delivery windows are calculated in business days from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance procedures, carrier workloads, public holidays, or events beyond our control.

Risk of loss: Risk of loss and damage to goods transfers to you at the point the carrier takes possession of the shipment from us. 10. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

All orders from Solkinis are shipped from China. When a parcel enters a destination country, it may be subject to customs inspection and the assessment of import duties, taxes (such as VAT, GST, or HST), and brokerage fees by the destination country's customs authority. These charges are not included in the amount you pay to Solkinis.

Customer responsibility: Any import duties, taxes, and fees assessed by customs authorities are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the relevant authority or carrier before or at the time of delivery, as required by local law. Solkinis has no ability to predict, guarantee, or control the specific charges that a customs authority may apply.

Accurate customs declarations: Solkinis provides accurate customs declarations on all shipments, correctly stating the contents and declared value of each parcel. We do not under-declare the value of goods or falsely describe shipment contents for any reason. Requests from customers to do so will be declined.

Uncollected parcels: If a parcel is held by customs or returned to us because a customer declined to pay import charges, Solkinis reserves the right to deduct return shipping costs and any related charges from the refund amount. Solkinis is not responsible for losses arising from a customer's failure to pay applicable customs duties.

11. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Solkinis accepts change-of-mind returns within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery for orders shipped to all four of our destination countries. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags attached and hygiene liners intact and undisturbed.

Hygiene exclusion: For hygiene and health reasons, we cannot accept returns of swimwear where the hygiene liner has been removed, disturbed, or the item has been worn. This restriction is consistent with consumer protection legislation in all our destination countries, which permits sellers to exclude returns of intimate apparel for hygiene reasons once the hygiene seal has been broken. This exclusion does not apply to faulty or significantly misdescribed items.

Faulty or misdescribed items: If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged in transit, or materially different from its description on the website, you are entitled to a full remedy regardless of the standard 30-day window. Please contact customercare@solkinis.com with your order number and photographs of the issue within a reasonable time of receiving the item.

Order cancellations: You may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible at customercare@solkinis.com.
