Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unuse
- Free from stains, odors, or signs of wear
- With original tags attached
- With hygiene liners intact
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Worn or washed items
- Items with stains, odors, or visible signs of use
- Items without original tags or hygiene liners
Fit & Hygiene
For hygiene purposes, swimwear should be tried on over underwear, with hygiene liners kept in place.
Items showing any signs of wear or misuse may not be accepted.
Set Returns
All swimwear is sold as complete sets.
Returns must be made for the full set.
We do not accept returns for individual tops or bottoms.
Exchanges & Alternatives
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item (if eligible).
Return Authorization
All returns must be authorized prior to being sent back.
To request a return, please contact us at customercare@solkinis.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will provide the next steps upon approval.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping & Fees
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos.
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued after inspection of returned items.
Processing typically takes 5–7 business days and will be returned to the original payment method.
Please note that additional processing time may be required by your bank or payment provider.
If you have not received your refund after this period, please check with your payment provider before contacting us.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.
